Is this a physical product?
No. The Human Files are digital PDF downloads. Nothing is shipped. You can print them yourself or use them on a tablet.
How do I receive my files?
Immediately after payment you'll see a download button on your order confirmation page, and you'll receive an email with your download link. The Complete Collection arrives as five ZIP files containing fifteen PDFs.
What size are the files?
A4 (21 × 29.7 cm / 8.3 × 11.7 in). They also print well on US Letter using "fit to page".
Can I use them in GoodNotes or Notability?
Yes. Import the PDF into GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf or any PDF annotation app and write directly on the pages.
Which file should I start with?
Start with the question that keeps you up at night. If you're unsure, the Complete Collection includes HF-000, a master volume with a triage that points you to the right file.
What is The Missing File?
HF-015 is a secret fifteenth file that is not sold separately. It's included, locked, with your download. Each of the fourteen files hides a rabbit carrying one letter — together they form the key. More here.
I can't find all the rabbits. Can you give me the password?
We won't spoil it — but if you're truly stuck after looking through every file, send us a message with your order number and we'll give you a hint.
Can I get a refund?
Because the files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final once downloaded. If a file is damaged or won't open, contact us and we'll fix it right away. See our refund policy.
Can I share or resell the files?
The files are for your personal use only. Please don't share, upload or resell them. If you'd like to give one as a gift, buy it as a gift — we'll gladly help.
Is this therapy?
No. The Human Files are tools for private reflection for adults (18+). They are not therapy, diagnosis or a substitute for professional support. If working through a file causes distress, stop and contact a qualified professional or a local support service.
